JOINT TRAINING FOR THE TEAM OF LELIANI AND FIREFLY WORLD

The well-being of our team is just as important as that of the individuals we care for every day.

A joint retreat training was held for employees of the residential care home Leliani and the children's hospice Firefly World. This initiative aimed to prevent professional burnout, enhance emotional resilience, and build team spirit.

The training days were filled with beneficial practical activities and the sharing of valuable experience, as well as fun games and informal, friendly communication.
